He does so by assessing his clients income, cash flow and balance sheets, in connection to the purchase of residential or commercial investment properties.
Mr. Shaw’s top objective is to ensure his client makes the smartest financial decisions when it comes to either purchasing or refinancing their home. He has excelled in this by helping several of his clients leading to closing several millions in loan volumes per year. Mr. Shaw continues to do so.
Mr. Shaw is also college educated and a California licensed attorney. He received both his Bachelor's degree (BA) from the University California of Riverside and his law degree (JD) from the University of North Dakota School of Law.
